WE ARE INDIA'S LEADING HOME GYM EQUIPMENT MANUFACTURER
Zorex_HGZ-1005-1006-1007.

Setting up a workout corner at your place sounds easy until you start shopping. One seller tells you to buy a bench, another pushes dumbbells, and soon your space looks like a storeroom while your back still goes untrained. That is why many Indian households are moving towards all-in-one machines: a single frame that covers nearly every muscle group.

Zorex Fitness offers three strong options here: HGZ-1005, HGZ-1006 and HGZ-1007. At first glance they look alike, but each suits a different house and a different training style. Let us walk through them honestly, so you can choose without confusion.

Why Choose a Multi Station Machine?

Membership fees keep coming every month, and most people quit after a while. Travel, crowded floors and fixed timings do not help either. Training at your own place changes that. Lift at 5 AM or 11 PM, wear whatever you like, and never wait for a free machine.

A multi station unit also saves you from buying ten separate items. Chest press, lat pulldown, rowing, leg extension and biceps curls all live on one frame. Guided movement keeps things safer as well, since most exercises need no spotter.

Zorex HGZ-1005: The Heavy Lifter’s Pick

If you like pushing heavier and want space to grow, start here. It ships with 14 plates totalling 82 kilos, wrapped in a metal cover. That is the biggest load among the three, so even after a year of regular training you will not feel limited.

The frame uses 2 by 2 inch square and round heavy-duty pipe and handles strong, heavy users with ease. Exercises include seated bench press, lat pulldown, seated row, pec dec fly, triceps pushdown, abdominal crunch, preacher curl and leg extension or curl. The preacher pad is removable and adjusts to multiple angles, which arm-focused lifters will love.

Easy open S-locks let you attach your own accessories such as a triceps rope or ankle strap, though those are sold separately. Footprint is 177 cm long, 97 cm wide and 216 cm tall, and the packed machine weighs 162 kg, so keep a level, solid floor ready.

Zorex HGZ-1006: Made for Compact Spaces

Not everyone has a spare hall, and this model is built for that reality. Its footprint of 142 by 117 cm (218 cm tall) is the most compact of the trio, which suits a bedroom corner, balcony or small terrace.

Its highlight is the no-cable-change system. Quick-release pulley locks let you switch between the lat pulldown rod and the bicep rod without re-rigging anything, so you spend more time training and less time fiddling. You get 12+ exercises, including bench press, military press, butterfly, rear deltoid flies, lat pulldowns, low pulley rows and leg extensions.

A thick 2.5 inch round MS pipe frame with powder coating resists rust and wear. Twelve plates of 6 kg give you a 72 kg load, plenty for beginners and intermediates. Sweat-proof high-density foam on the seat and padded ankle rollers keep sessions comfortable.

Zorex HGZ-1007: The Complete 3 Station Setup

Pick this if you want a full commercial-style experience at your place, or if two or three family members train together. Along with the main multi station unit you get a standing twister, an abs bench and a chinning and dipping bar.

The exercise range is huge: body toning, chest extension, high pulley, low pulley, rowing, pec deck, leg extension, abdominal bench, hip flexor and chin-ups. The load is twelve plates fitted on a durable 2 by 2 inch steel frame. Rubber foot caps shield your flooring and keep everything steady.

Now the honest part: it needs serious space. Footprint is 172 by 269 cm with a height of 220 cm, it weighs 165 kg and arrives in 5 boxes. Measure the area before ordering. If you have the space, though, no other model here offers this much variety.

How to Train on It: A Beginner Routine

Buying the machine is the easy part. Using it regularly is what builds results. If you are a beginner, try three days a week with a rest day between each session.

  • Day one: chest press, pec fly, triceps pushdown and abdominal crunch.
  • Day two: lat pulldown, seated row, biceps curl and rear deltoid work.
  • Day three: leg extension, leg curl, shoulder press and core.

Do three sets of 10 to 12 reps, keep the movement slow, and raise the load only when the last reps feel easy. Spend a few minutes loosening your shoulders and hips before the first set, so your joints are ready.

Things to Check Before You Order

First, measure your space, including height, since these units stand above 2 metres. Second, confirm the floor is level and strong enough, as the machines weigh well over 130 kg. A rubber mat underneath is a smart add-on.

Third, plan the assembly. Every unit comes with a manual and there is a step-by-step YouTube video. In metro cities, third-party installation can be arranged for a fee. Also note these machines are non-returnable, but any part missing or damaged in transit is replaced free through courier.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are these suitable for beginners?

Yes. Guided movement is easier to learn than free weights. HGZ-1006 is especially friendly because of its quick-switch system.

Can I add extra plates?

We advise against adding extra load to any of these machines. The frame and pulley system perform best with what is supplied.

Do I need a professional for assembly?

Not necessarily. Many customers finish it on their own with the manual and video. If you prefer help, installation can be arranged in metro cities for a fee.

What is the user limit?

All three models support users up to 120 kg.

Ready to Build Your Workout Corner?

A good setup is not about looks. It is about equipment you will actually use every day for years. Whichever model you pick, you get a sturdy Indian-made frame and a wide exercise range under one roof.
