Refund and Returns Policy



Our Return policies for Fitness Equipment are similar to that of any leading online marketplace and website in India. Returns for fitness equipment are allowed only in case of defective/damaged products.

Items are returnable if you’ve received the item in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or is different from its description on the product page of www.imfitindia.com.

Our Team will help you by providing the spare/replacement part free of cost or scheduling a technician visit or inspection/repair (wherever possible). In case we are unable to resolve the issue as per your expectation then we would offer the option of either replacement or refund.


Orders once placed cannot be canceled or refunded if they have been already dispatched since these are all heavy fitness equipment and require special packaging and transportation.

Once the order is placed, our executive will call you for order confirmation. Any cancellation after order confirmation will result in 10-20% cancellation charges before a refund is made to the client.

Fitness equipment is expensive equipment, and we strongly urge you to do thorough research before ordering. You can call or WhatsApp us for any query/concern and purchase from us only when you are 100% satisfied!
